They will still churn out articles about how hdb is affordable and pushing down the idea of resale price is stabilising despite quarter to quarter and year on year increase in prices. You can’t expect ministers or even policy makers earning so much to know the feel of how someone priced out from resale.

Why should he? At the slightest sign of losing control, they will just wire their assets overseas and fly out on on their private jets all within an hour. Singaporeans will never be able to pick up all the cracking broken pieces because they entrusted only 1 party without auditing for 60 over years. They deserved to be betrayed and becoming poorer as these past few years have shown.
