After the tragic loss of her father due to COVID-19, Nadia Manjarrez was inspired to launch Nadia Manjarrez Studio Bridal—her namesake atelier based in Mexico—to pick up the broken pieces in her life and create something meaningful. "I have learned that life is short and fragile,” she says. “We are meant to do something impactful that we love, to make up for the many things that we are not able to choose in life.” Her brand is full of versatile, modular, and customizable gowns that radiate hope and beauty at all times—and is so often inspired by her Mexican heritage.
Below, take a look at the latest collection from Nadia Manjarrez.
Nadia Manjarrez Spring 2025
As a child, designer Nadia Manjarrez spent her weekends on her parents' horse farm. She channeled those cherished memories when designing her Spring 2025 wedding dress collection, which just debuted at New York Bridal Fashion Week. As her new series of gowns began to take shape, Manjarrez’s inspiration expanded; she looked to the feminist movement of the Escaramuzas, a team of 16 women who ride horses and perform synchronized choreography to music while sitting side saddle. “They wear traditional outfits featuring full skirts, large ruffles and classic charro hats, inspired by Adelitas, women fighters in the Mexican Revolution,” the designer explained in a press release.
Her culture’s textile artistry also informed the collection; the Michelle gown, for example, has a hand-stitched cross-woven effect at the bodice and was inspired by the waist loom weaving techniques seen throughout Mexican culture (it took 200 hours to make!). And while the collection is an homage to her upbringing, it also acknowledges the modern bride through its many transformable elements (think under- and overskirts, detachable bows, and capes) that allow women of the hour to switch up their looks without changing dresses. Below, discover the first 10 gowns from the series.
As it is our absolute commitment that all brides see themselves in our coverage, our editorial team has worked with the brand to confirm that this collection meets the standards outlined in our diversity pledge.

Nadia Manjarrez Fall 2024
When creating her Fall 2024 collection, Nadia recalled her own wedding day to draw inspiration for her newest designs. From silk organza gowns adorned with black embroidered blooms to corset tops and expertly constructed gowns, Manjarrez's newest line seeks to illustrate the locale where she and her husband tied the knot—a church in Mexico called La Lomita, where stained-glass windows, depicting the story of the Virgin of Guadalupe, illuminated the space. “I grew up attending a traditional church—religion has always been a significant aspect of my cultural and family life,” she reflects. “During my childhood, our Sundays revolved around church, followed by a family breakfast. I spent every Sunday gazing at those stained-glass windows.”

Nadia Manjarrez Fall 2023
For Nadia Manjarrez's Fall 2023 collection, the designer was inspired by the colors and the symbolism of a sunset. "Sunsets remind us to slow down, reflect on the achievements and successes of the day, and prepare for what’s to come," shared designer Nadia Manjarrez. "I see this collection as just that. It has been one year since we launched, and Fall 2023 was an opportunity to expand on what is working and savor how far we have come as we continue to grow and understand our customer.” The collection is filled with nature-inspired shapes and textures with embroidery, unique modular pieces, and flowing silhouettes.

Nadia Manjarrez 2021
In her debut collection, Nadia created 12 original looks that were each handcrafted in Mexico. Every design is a convertible dress that features detachable trains, skirts, sleeves, or overlays to help brides easily transform their looks and transition from the ceremony to the reception to the after-party without needing to buy multiple dresses. Her wedding gowns are intended to be worn for more than one occasion, so they emphasize versatility, functionality, and wearability.
The sleek and elegant collection features a range of flowing silk, chiffon, lace, organza, and tulle fabrics and romantic silhouettes. Irregular cuts, metallic touches, beaded appliques, and fringe edges also add an unexpected flair to the designs. Inspired by Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing porcelain with metal, Nadia decided to use beauty to mend her broken heart after her father’s death. Take a look at the breathtaking collection below.
