Release Date definition

Release Date means the date on which the Initial Shares are disbursed from escrow pursuant to Section 3 of that certain Stock Escrow Agreement dated as of the date hereof by and among the Investors and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company.
Release Date means the date on which shares of Common Stock are disbursed from escrow pursuant to Section 3 of that certain Stock Escrow Agreement dated as of , 2005 by and among the parties hereto and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company.
Release Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07(c).

More Definitions of Release Date

Release Date means the date 40 days after the later of (i) the commencement of the offering of the Certificates and (ii) the Closing Date.
Release Date means the date on which the Founder Shares are disbursed from escrow pursuant to Section 3 of that certain Stock Escrow Agreement dated on or about the date hereof by and among the holders of Founder Shares and Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company.
