The contents in this Virtual Home Tour were taken in the show flat of Flat J on 8th Floor of Tower 1 of the Development on 12 April 2021 and were not taken in the actual unit of the Phase of the Development. The condition shown may be different from the condition of the actual unit of the Phase of the Development after completion. This Virtual Home Tour is for reference only and shall not constitute any offer, undertaking, representation or warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied, on the part of the Vendor regarding the Phase or the Development. Due to technical or equipment restrictions, there may be image distortion while viewing this Virtual Home Tour, and the condition shown may not be in scale and may not reflect the actual size of the objects shown.
The recessed lights, fire services installations (for examples: sprinkler heads, air sampling points, visual alarms and emergency lighting), central air-conditioning installation and grilles, closed circuits televisions and ceiling speakers and other installations in the show flat are the in-site built-in facilities of the sales office. There are no such facilities in the residential properties of the Phase of the Development and it may not be possible to install such facilities in the actual property.
