its a passion job, not much money to be made. If you are retired and enjoy woodworking it can be a nice place to work but as a 20 something, its not enough.

On paper, great company, but lack of training and resources make the first 90 days difficult to achieve their high expectations. When you are given a survey regarding training, caution advised on honesty-I was honest and asked for additional training which I truly feel led to my eventual separation. Hours are great, 7am-330pm, but point system is out dated. Even with a doctors note you earn point...

My time at PRS was unfortunately short lived. I was let go after being out too much during my 3-month probational period, which is my own fault, but only due to circumstances of home life. While I was there, training was good, my trainer was very informative and was always willing to help me succeed. Breaks really split the day up nicely, and the pay is almost OK.

Pay is relatively high but you will earn it and then some. Smoking has become banned d...
