[ SERVICE ]
- sometimes they don't completely wipe the back of the car down, leaving water streaks
+ this is a touchless car wash!
cost is kinda expensive. "wheel deal" is $17.99 and a wipe down is $5. but since it's touchless, i don't mind paying a little extra.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Ryan B.Walnut Creek, CA1415311May 2, 2021
It took 30 minutes from start to finish for my exterior only car wash. I sat outside watching car after car be dried off before mine. The guy who was doing my car kept being distracted apparently and walking off. Not satisfied at all with the wait time. But at least my car's paint looked fine. The side mirrors, windshield, and all the side and front windows could have been done a lot better. I'll have to go home and redo them.

Actually not that bad. I paid what is traditional for a clean car in and out. $28 manager special or whatever it was. Car was clean and smelled good, which was a huge improvement since I have 2 teen boys.Employees were nice and looked like they were working HARD. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that the place looks kinda run down inside (maybe some paint and caulking and a good mopping would fix) and the smell of the bathroom could be smelled down the hallway. I could only assume there was a mishap prior to going in but whoooo....anyway, I'll most likely use this place again. It's near my home and convenient if you want to leave your car and walk to Starbucks or the pizza joint across the street. They also have a community tip jar by the car pick-up area so you don't feel like you're just tipping the guy who gave you the key but instead are tipping everyone who worked on your car.

In my opinion one of the BEST carwashes in Fort Worth. In fact, this year they are celebrating 50 years in business. Red Carpet has never let me down. They're fast, and the staff is always so professional! They did an excellent job on my wife's Ford Escape making sure it was cleaned and wiped down perfectly inside and out. Thank you Red Carpet for the wonderful experience.

Jun 14, 2013Previous reviewOutstanding service! This is one of the best full-service car washes in the Fort Worth area. I've been using Red Carpet Car Wash for years. I love all their "detailing" services that are offered. The staff is the lube area are fantastic! The lube center is able to take care of servicing my diesel pickup and I never worry that it's not going to be done right. On my last visit I even had one of the owners/manager come up and ask me about my experience.
Jan 18, 2013Previous reviewI've been using Red Carpet Car Wash and Lube Center for decades but this is the first time I've ever reviewed it.
Red Carpet has some of the best customer service in the metroplex, especially in the lube center. The lube center personal treats you just like family. They provide highly personalized service to their customers.
On the cash wash side of the business, they provide excellent services all the way from basic car washes to complete detailing. I've used their detailing services in the past and they were excellent.
Red Carpet is my "go to" business for maintaining our vehicles. It's nice to have such a great business where you have confidence in the job they'll do for you each and every time you visit them. - Jeffrey A.Cabo San Lucas, Mexico02Oct 29, 2021
I have gone to Red Carpet since 1987, and I've always been more than satisfied. However, stopped in today for the first time in a while and sat for 30 minutes waiting in line. When I asked how much longer the guy told me 30 to 45 minutes more. I do not recall waiting an hour in line with TWO cars in front of me. I'm not talking about having the car detailed, I'm talking a 5 minute vacuum job. I had to bail out of line. Pretty disappointed

They are a bunch of lying scums. Do ever go there!!
When I brought my small Sedan there for a wash I got the $20.99 deal and then 2 up charges got added for my bill
The first up charge was For apparently cleaning the cup holders, and all the little spaces in the car ($5)
The second up charge was for SUV/truck/wagon. ($1)
(When I have a small 4 door sedan)
When I went to pay my bill I made sure to ask about these unknown up charges. The lady up front contacted her Maneger about the issue and he replied with " yeah sorry I wasn't thinking"
After that I understood that he obviously doesn't care about his job Or his customers.
I put the issue behind me and moved on. I was called when my car was finished. It was still dirty on the outside and on the inside. They didn't vacuumed the inside they didn't wipe down the center console or wipe down anything They were just in the car talking. Also there was a stain on the floor of my car after they "washed it"
I went and called the manager. The one that doesn't care about anything. And he him self went and vacuumed, got the stain out, wipe down the car. After that there was still a lot more cleaning that they were supposed, but they didn't, and I was tired of them so I just ask for my keys and left.
All the people that work there looked like they are doped out on some other stuff or just so stone they don't even know what's happening. Half of them could barely speak any English. I will never come there again. Worst mistake of my life !!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Chastity L.Houston, TX02Nov 12, 2021
Do NOT take your car here!!! They stole my key from the key fob! I noticed it when I drove down the street and immediately came back and they all started looking crazy! To top it off my car is not cleaned well. They even wait at your car for a tip LIKE it's deserved!

I took my 2 month old new Audi to their cleaners, I ended up receiving it with 1 new scratches--- on a brand new car, not happy at all! My roof was not cleaned, the body was cleaned but there were dried spots of water. I would not recommend. Their vacuuming was poor at best. It was a bandage clean, not worth the 15 dollars. Best to go somewhere else and pay a little bit more.

I've been to this car wash before and had a great experience. They did a great job clearing and they were nice. HOWEVER today a 10 minute car wash became a hour and 15 minute nightmare. First they locked my keys inside my NEW car. They asked if I could get my spare I said no because my house key was on my car key which they had locked inside my car. The manager was very blasé about the whole situation. He said he could open my car with tools they had. I asked if he was confident in his ability to open my car. I wanted to confirm that he wouldn't mess up my car when opening it. He never gave a clear yes or no. I consented to him opening my car. When we walked out to my car he said because it was a new car he'd have to open it with different tools. I asked again if he was sure he could open my car without any trouble. He didn't like how I kept questioning his abilities. But considering the situation I feel like my questions were just. He never gave a clear answer. Which made me skeptical. I explained it was a new car and that I was worried he'd damage it. I asked how many times he'd opened a locked car. He said many. He was short with me and rolled his eyes a few times during our conversation. I didn't feel confident that he could open my car without damaging it so I called AAA. They came and opened my car. While I was there they locked another customers keys inside a car. The AAA man and manager were both opening the two locked cars at the same time. My car was being worked on by AAA the other customers car was being worked on by the car wash manager. The car wash manager was able to open the other customers car first before the AAA man working on my car could. The car wash manager then said under his breather but load enough so everyone around could hear "that's why you get Mexicans to do the job" I don't know why he felt it was necessary to make this comment. Also I wonder if this man would have treated a male customer with such disregard and distain. I wonder if all woman receive this kind of treatment at this establishment.? Perhaps they lock people out of their cars on a regular basis so to them it was just another Tuesday. I however have never locked myself out of my car so this was a very concerning moment. I was trying to assess the situation and make the best decision for myself, which seemed to annoy the manager. So be warned ladies don't ask to many questions you may hurt the ego of the manager
