'I'm definitely over the healthy weight range for my height': Neighbours star Rebekah Elmaloglou 'is on a mission to lose 10 kilos' from her 68kg frame
She rose to fame playing troublesome teenager Sophie on Home And Away in 1990.
And while Rebekah Elmaloglou says she has 'never come under any pressure to slim down from producers' for her current role on Neighbours, she wants to get in shape.
The 43-year-old spoke with New Idea about tipping the scales at 68kg and wearing a size 14, while standing at 'five foot nothing' has her set on losing 10 kilos.

'I'm definitely over the healthy weight range for my height, so I have to do something about it,' she said.
She said even adding 'an extra kilo or two' to her diminutive 1.5 metre frame 'makes a big difference'.
'Those extra kilos can so easily creep up on you, and that's what happened to me,' she explained.

The Sydney-born actress blamed moving to Melbourne in 2013 for Neighbours, in addition to 'on-set catering and approaching menopause' for her weight gain.
She also related how her drummer husband Kane Baker, 42, is a former chef and the pair are 'big foodies who eat extremely well and enjoy a glass of wine'.
The bubbly personality, who gave birth to son Kai in 2008, knew there was a problem with her energy levels when she 'wanted to lie down for a snooze all the time'.

She weighed herself and realised while she wasn't 'massively overweight', she was 'bigger now' than immediately after Kai's birth.
A combination of diet, exercise and meditation has been the key to her new approach to a healthier lifestyle, including F45 workout sessions.
She also has a personal trainer and said she 'wouldn't mind getting back into' running the City 2 Surf race in Sydney as she did once before.
