Rachel Luttrell (born 19 January 1971) is a Tanzanian-Canadian actress who guest-starred in the NCIS Season 9 episode, Sins of the Father (episode) as JAG Lieutenant Commander Stephanie Mosner.
She later appeared in the NCIS: Los Angeles Season 5 episode, Big Brother (episode) as CIA agent Yvette Lowell.
Luttrell is best known for her role as Teyla Emmagan, an Athosian warrior leader on Stargate Atlantis, the spin-off of the American-Canadian series, "Stargate SG-1" and even had a role in the 2006 Canadian independent comedy movie, "A Dog's Breakfast" which was directed by her fellow former Stargate Atlantis co-star, British-born Canadian actor David Hewlett.
Her sister, Erica Luttrell appeared in the NCIS Season 14 episode, A Bowl of Cherries (episode) as Allison Archer and the NCIS: Hawaii Season 2 episode, Desperate Measures (episode) as DEA Agent Kendra Vreeland.
