Queen Latifah, who turned 54 recently, was given a surprise birthday celebration at the NAACP Image Awards.
The multi-talented star was moved as everyone sang "Happy Birthday" to her, led by Sheryl Lee Ralph.
A large cake with blue icing and an award image was also presented.
Sheryl got everyone on their feet dancing before Queen Latifah resumed her hosting duties.
She expressed her surprise and gratitude, saying: "Oh and you want me to talk after that, after you blindside me? Okay, thank you so much, everybody. I really appreciate that."

Queen Latifah, whose real name is Dana Elaine Owens, has collaborated with some of the biggest names in American television, such as Jada Pinkett Smith and Jimmy Fallon.
When not working, she is often seen with her long-term partner, Eboni Nichols.
Nichols is a successful professional choreographer who has worked with music industry giants like Rihanna, Beyonce, and Usher.
She also choreographed for all five seasons of the popular show 'Jane the Virgin' and contributed to the ABC comedy 'Fresh Off the Boat'.

Queen Latifah and her partner, Eboni Nichols, met in 2009 when appearing on popular TV programme Dancing with the Stars.
They officially became a couple in 2013 but have always tried to keep their private life out of the public eye.
Speaking to The New York Times in 2008, Queen Latifah commented: "I don't have a problem discussing the topic of somebody being gay, but I do have a problem discussing my personal life.
"You don't get that part of me. Sorry. We're not discussing it in our meetings, I don't feel like I need to share my personal life, and I don't care if people think I'm gay or not. Assume whatever you want. You do it anyway."
While Queen Latifah has never publicly disclosed details about her relationship with Eboni Nichols, she did mention her during her acceptance speech for BET's Lifetime Achievement Award in 2021.
She expressed: "Eboni, my love. Rebel, my love. Peace. Happy Pride!"
Their son, Rebel was born in 2019.
Eboni was spotted with a baby bump in October 2018, and then soon after, they became proud parents to a baby boy.
A close associate mentioned at the time: "Latifah has never been so full of life! Eboni and the baby have given Latifah something very special to live for."
In October 2022, Queen Latifah was clipped shopping with her son in public for the inaugural time.
Then again in February 2023, they were seen all dressed up attending a Harlem Globetrotters game in New York City together as a family unit.
