Applied on the company's website then I got contacted by the recruiter to have a quick phone screening. Next day, the recruiter contacted back to ask for my availabilities. Scheduled interview was supposed to be with 2 person but only 1 was available at the time. The in person interview was delightful. Interviewer was straight to the point and not just asking irrelevant questions where people have to fake their answers like a lot of big corporations do.
