Could be many problem. We need more details.
Try a working client, not one that is still badly bugged.
I have qBittorrent 4.5.0 and I noticed it is buggy with the network interface. Any time I make a change to the VPN or network configuration, the client completely disconnects and is unable to reconnect after disconnecting/reconnecting, restarting qBt, restarting PC. I basically have to use PowerShell to reset the network stack and then uninstall, reinstall qBt, restarting once or twice in between, and then it will work. I'm afraid of binding it to my VPN again because it seems to not be resilient to network configuration changes.What BitTorrent client would you recommend?
Edit: qBittorrent is now working perfectly as intended. I had a second VPN installed on my system that was causing the problems I mentioned. Since uninstalling that second VPN, qBittorrent is working without problems.
To fix a stalled qBittorrent download, you can try the following steps:
Restart qBittorrent and the computer. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve the issue.

This is what i do just copy the trackers, then delete them and add them again.
