Dear Dorthe Petersen
Thank you for raising your concern in this community.
I see that you are in a difficult situation because your account gets locked and I'm sorry to hear that.
Please never give out your email address or any other personal information on the forum, it only puts your account at greater risk. For your safety I will get rid of them so I can protect your privacy, please understand.
And you mentioned Open Account Service, do you mean unlocking your account with a verification code?
As much as I'd like to help you, our staff here on the forums have no right to interfere with the security of a user's account, it’s our job to direct you to the right place for help, so please understand.
1. Fill out the recovery form (if you have set up 2FA for your account, skip it)
If you have lost all the login methods on your account, you can try filling out the account recovery form.
You can send the recovery form up to 2 times a day, whenever you fill in all the information, you should try to fill in all the information in a detailed and correct manner, moreover, it would be better if you had a record of the purchases, all your bank statements, transaction history and other information for your account recovery, because they are very important to recover your account.

2. Contact online support
An online support specialist is authorized to handle questions relating to account security. You need to talk to them in detail about your experience and complaints, and they will give you the appropriate solution or tell you what you need to do next depending on your situation.
Please note that the translations may not match exactly, but there are plenty of options available to you to get in touch with online support, so you don't have to stick entirely to the steps I've provided.
Go to this site: Contact - Microsoft Support
1. Enter your question (account recovery, blocked account, or other), then click Get Help, then "Sign in to contact support" at the bottom of the page.
2.Sign in to your personal Microsoft account, any account will do.
3. Under Products and Services, select "Other Products".
4. Under Categories, select "Manage Account Security" and click Confirm.
5. Click "Chat with a support agent in your browser."
Don't forget to contact online support during business hours based on your local time for the best support experience. Online support is not open 24/7.
I sincerely hope that you will soon be able to regain access to your account and wish you and your account all the best. Your patience and cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
Sincere greetings
