Project Runway is a high-stakes fashion design competition hosted by Heidi Klum and Project Runway winners have gone on to great success in the fashion world. Even though it's a reality TV show, it won the Peabody Award in 2007 for "engaging, informing, enlightening, and entertaining" its audience. On the show, contestants are asked to design the best articles of clothing in various challenges. Finalists get their collection debuted during New York Fashion Week, where a winner is chosen.
