Goofs

When first sorting through his bills, Charles reads one out loud "State of Massachusetts." Massachusetts uses the official designation of Commonwealth, and is never referred to as a State on legal forms such as Tax Bills. See more »

Quotes

Klinger: Anything I can do to help?
Capt. Benjamin Franklin "Hawkeye" Pierce: Yeah, get on the phone and tell I-CORPS to get a helicopter out here first thing in the morning.
Klinger: The colonel's the only one who can authorize that.
Capt. B.J. Hunnicut: So get him to authorize it.
Klinger: Yes, sir.
Capt. Benjamin Franklin "Hawkeye" Pierce: And as soon as you do that, get over to B.J.'s house and clean out his gutters.

It's hot out there, especially in the 4077th. This is like a series of vignettes on a hot night where Charles attempts to sort out his taxes (it helps just in case he runs for higher office I guess). Margaret is desperate for medicine to help out her rash big time. We also learn the PA system is a Motorola.

Jeff Maxwell appears as Igor, and I love listening to his podcast MASH Matters, co-hosted with Jeff Maxwell.

Perren Page plays the driver. In fact he played the driver in several episodes of M*A*S*H, and he died not so long ago, on 2 May 2020.
