Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I've stayed here for 2-3 days at a time during the last three months. It's a fairly typical Premier Inn though this one is undergoing something of a renovation with some very nice new rooms. The staff are very helpful and professional especially Sophie & Tom. The only thing I'd gripe about is the standard of food in the Attached pub. It's not good. The breakfast is just about edible but is poor value for the price.

Be prepared for rude foreign staff that smell like sweat to greet you to your room. Room was not ready, and not clean. Toilet seat was filthy and I had to clean it myself! Good night stay guarantee can't be done there & then unfortunately. Guest relations have taken over 14 days to reply to my email.

Great hotel, spacious rooms, very comfortable double bed, well insulated building - absolutely soundproof, convenient location with underground/train station nearby, substantial breakfast, delicious food, very helpful staff - my thanks to Sophie who arranged my move into a more convenient room for me

When we arrived we received a very warm welcome by the receptionist who had a lovely smile and made us feel she genuinely happy to see us. The premier inn was full and very busy so to receive this welcome was refreshing especially after a 5 hour drive stuck in traffic. Room was usual standard from premier inn. Excellent.

Room 106 is directly above the plant room. It has a constant and intrusive noise and vibration -even heavy sleepers will be kept awake!!! Ask to be moved. We were moved on our second night, unfortunately on our first night the hotel was full, the new rooms are lovely

What can I say. Stayed here before no problem. This time I'm above the "plant room". It sounds like they have a generator under me that goes off every few minutes and lasts a few minutes. The wall is vibrating and I can feel it in the bed. I went to inform the desk and was told sorry we are fully booked but you can complain in the morning. Absolute joke.

Stayed the last 3 nights at this premier inn as we were taking the children to an event at the excel centre in London. It was easy to find and ample free parking, our room was on the 1st floor and was the usual premier inn standard room, you know what you are getting. Even though we were facing a main road we couldn't hear the traffic very much at all and the air con kept the room cool. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and helped out when we had a problem with our lights. The room was also cleaned and new towels on a daily basis. The pub next door was ideal for food and we had 2 evening meals throughout our stay and both were lovely and not over priced. This premier inn was only a 10 minute drive to the excel centre and was not overly priced compared to the premier

On business in East London, this Premier Inn was easy to find, good car parking. Excellent breakast and good service all round. Bed was usual comfy Hypnos. Despite overlooking a busy road into London the traffic noise was negligible. Newly refurbished room had everything needed for a short stay. Bathroom and shower all excellent.

Stayed in Premier Inn Dagenham overnight, room was clean and spacious and even though they were going through renovations the rooms was still quiet. Staff was pleasant and obliging. Only one criticism: the bed and pillows was too soft but that's my personal taste.... Would recommend this Premier Inn location 👍🏼
