Not loving the changes. It takes time to adapt to changes, which usually are better in the long run, but the current changes are not better. I do mobile deposit a lot, the confirmation number comes by email now... this is no longer convenient. The menu is too sensitive, it pops up with every scroll up. I hate it! I don't usually hate anything.

Trying to make things better, you failed at something basic. In the bill pay app, the pending section reported nothing while I had $3,000 in outstanding payments "pending". Fortunately, when the account went overdrawn due to money transfered out to savings there was enough to cover. Also, now you have tripled the time to process payments. Previously I could pay bills on the 1st and expect no later than the 5th, usually the 3rd, for it to be transfered now it takes up to 2 weeks.

After the recent upgrades (?), I am not so impressed with the app. The app icon baffles me. I have no idea what it is supposed to be. The bill pay, both in app, and online have taken a turn for the worse, and are more difficult to use. And the notifications have gone downhill as well. Previously they were useful and notified members of both the amount and destination or source of transfers. Now, there is a note about a debit transfer leading me to believe somebody is using my debit card.
