I'm currently n Tokyo and thinking of purchasing a Porter bag. Are there any at Narita & would they be any cheaper (aside from being tax free)? I'll be flying out of T2.
Thanks in advance.

I don't think I have seen Porter bag at NRT, especially past immigration where it becomes tax free. You can purchase these bags tax free at participating stores in-town anyway.
These bags are always sold at list price everywhere. You can get tax free at most department stores and specialty stores. Certain department stores and tokyu hands hand out 5% discount cards to tourists. Some tax free stores do not charge handling fees and these would be places you get the largest discounts.
Shinjuku takashimaya and tokyu hands are located in the same building. Their large porter collections are in display next to each other.
