I just wanted to share my experience with using Tokyo Airporter (http://www.tokyoairporter.com/) during our recent trip. Since we were arriving late in the evening (and with my elderly mother), I did not want to navigate shuttle buses, trains, etc., so I arranged our pickup with Tokyo Airporter. I was late in arranging it however (the day before) which caused another company to respond that they could not help us but Tokyo Airporter confirmed with us promptly by email.
The driver was there on time at the airport with a sign to pick us up and quickly brought us to our hotel (Century South Tower near Shinjuku). We also arranged for our return pickup at the same time as the cost for return was reasonable and again, the driver was early, with a sign at the hotel, when it was time to bring us back to the airport at the end of our trip. It was a smooth start and end to our trip and I would use them again.
