PNP Salary 2023 and New Rank Classification

President Rodrigo Duterte signed the joint resolution of Congress dated January 1, 2018, increasing the Salary of the military, police, and all uniformed personnel. The modified base pay schedule of the uniformed personnel of the Philippine National Police PNP will be found below.

PNP implements new rank classifications and abbreviations. Under the new law, PNP rank classification will be distinct because the ranks will be preceded by the word “Police”. The new rank classification and abbreviation in the PNP are as follows.
