Ive been hacked 3 times. They offer very little help and are really slow with response. They should offer 2 factor identification or something like that.

My account has been hacked

I have received an email from PoF, telling me that my email address has been updated, but I did not change it. I have now started to receive multiple notifications from PoF that I have received messages from members.**I have tried to log into my account but it says either my username of password is incorrect. I have tried to reset my password, but I don't receive a reset link to my email address as the hacker has changed my email address

User's recommendation: Don't purchase upgraded membership. PoF customer service are useless.
