34 emails, many online chats, many phone calls.
I was promised a refund once I refused delivery of the chairs that they supposedly had canceled the order on and already refunded to me but lied about.
Then, I was told to stay home all day on Tuesday so that I could refuse the UPS box ( with 3 chairs) being delivered and give them the one box (1 chair) with the return label they provided for free (only after many many phone calls and emails- being told their scanner broke and couldn't email a label-more lies, inept at best) to UPS.
Upon doing that, they told me ( via chat, phone call, email) that they would IMMEDIATELY refund my full total amount that I had paid.
So guess what- I call and after being on the phone for an hour, lots of holds and I am sorry words - I am supposedly getting a refund. At first, they were trying to charge me for many shipping labels even though I only used 1 and was told that would be free by everyone that got involved.
We will see if there has been more lies and I do not get a refund that they swore up and down they gave me. They have lied over and over again so I am dubious.
Some family owned company- you should be ashamed of yourselves, stealing money from me.
Seriously the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!!!!
Each CSR does not know company policy. They make things up as they go along. Do not keep track of anything.
I would NEVER buy from them again and STRONGLY urge everyone to stay away.

If you want to be charged illegally and then NOT have items sent to you then this is the company for you! Stealing is the best description here.
Terrible terrible customer service. The level of incompetence is unprecedented.
I ordered 4 hammock chairs. Paid over $600 even with a coupon.
I received only 1 chair even though I was charged for the 4 which is illegal to do. You can't charge until you ship all items.
The 1 chair that showed up was not worth the money or any good. So that had to go back ( as a side note to the bigger issue of not receiving but being charged for the other chairs).
I had to call , emailed, live chatted multiple times over and over again to get to the bottom of the problem and have them confirm that, yes indeed, I did NOT get the 3 chairs but was charged for 4 chairs. They did confirm that.
I was told on Sunday, November 13th, by Kim at ext. 6086 and her supervisor that they were refunding me for the 3 chairs I did not receive ( as confirmed by them) and emailing a return label for the 1 chair that I did receive.
Guess what? No return label sent and no refund given.
On Monday, I received an email with a fake tracking number telling me the 3 chairs had shipped. Wait...what? I was told I had a refund and the whole thing was over with. Lies.
On Tuesday, I live chatted, called and emailed to ask why was I told that the items had now shipped, when on Sunday, I was told I was given a refund. And, oh by the way, the tracking number that was emailed happens to be a fake.
Jenny, on the phone, told me that I had been lied to and that there was no refund. That Kim at ext 6086 and her supervisor lied about a refund and return shipping label being emailed to me for the 1 chair that I did receive.
Why do that? Do you think I am not going to notice that I didn't get my money back? Shameful!
I was told with my " fake tracking" (UPS confirmed it was not a real number) that I have to refuse delivery when the new items show up. Yes, have no life and sit around for UPS to refuse delivery, only IF it ever shows up.
They refused to call and ask vendor to not have the items shipped. Could it be because you are not shipping them?
They refused to intercept package to not have it sent. Could it be because it's a fake tracking number?
Ridiculous at best!
Not even a real tracking number. Hello. Do you think a customer isn't going to notice you gave them a fake UPS number?
The only thing I do at this point is charge dispute it.

Staff is always helpful and courteous. Popped in to pick up my supply of peanuts and was happy to find them on sale! Thanks for the good customer service!

After shuttering all its Atlanta stores (and sticking me with a bill for patio furniture I never received), I definitely have a bug up my a** about this company. however, they do have a nice selection of jammies and other items. It's just that everything is so overpriced that I didn't bite on a single thing when I went in. Really enjoyed some of their furniture, which they had on sale outside on the sidewalk.

I have been to the one in Madison, Va. They follow you around like your gonna rip them off. Please. But the one at barrack road rock. They where helpful without being intrusive. Thanks..
