Cannot log in

I accidentally hit the log out button and I still have till June on my subscription and it won't let me log back in because 8 years ago when I was on this site I used a different email address for some reason it keeps going back to an email address I haven't used in 8 years I cannot get into my account and if I can't use the account till June I want to reimbursement I have been on this site on and off for 8 years and there's no excuse why I can't log into my own account I am kind of demanding a refund if I can't use what I pay I want my money back sorry right now I'm not a very happy subscriber and believe me when I say this site is making it where I had three very very close prospects of having a nice future with the lady and because this happened I have lost all contact with them and it's not fair to your customers who make a mistake to lose the rest of their subscription I'm pretty angry over this and I kind of do demand that I get something out of it because it's not fair that I'm fighting with this site for four days being disconnected from the people that were falling in love with me

This is Pat Henderson and I cancel my account with you all in November .it shows closed on my account with yall but you are still charging my credit card for this. December January and February. What the *** is going on. If the money is not put back into my account permanently I will get a class action law suite against y'all.

User's recommendation: Don't join .They give false I trest inquires and appears they don't read profiles as other parties live far and have conditions. This sight needs to be investigated for fraud and billing charges to keep you and make it hard to get refund. Worse than insurance companies.

They resolved my issue. I am pleasantly surprised because I actually like the site alot.

I bought a 3 month subscription that expires in March. The company locked me out of my account citing "inconsistencies" which were never explained. After asking for ID which I promptly provided they, 3 days later, unlocked the account but did not resume my subscription even though it is fully paid. It has now been an additional two days and they still have not reinstated my subscription. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this.

My subscription automatically renewed on 1/19/2024 and today, the site is no longer available to me. I can find no means of resolving this issue through the web site. If I cannot get this resolved, I will seek a refund of the amount billed.

Cannot comment on, green check or red X anything. Always says same thing; Profile incomplete add photos complete profile to proceed. Yet everything possible is completed, five photos all My Story, Ideal Date, interest, all are completed. Help phone numbers is a sales pitch for a medical device. This dating app is a joke but not at all funny. Dont waste your money.

Im fed up wit this sight , way too many phony profiles and scams, how do they get through so easily . Ive talked to only one legitimate woman , the other 10 or more were all fake . I signed up with Zoosk March 12th and also paid for a one month subscription. The next day, I was locked out of my account.

I contacted Zoosk support and received an email from Neeta who stated they found some inconsistencies and that their reputation in providing a good service was the reason they requested a copy of my ID front and back. I complied with this request immediately and asked for an explanation on what they meant by inconsistencies. I never received a reply. I have emailed multiple times since then.

I have been given tickets # 7871**** and 7870****. I asked if my membership dates would be adjusted to ensure I would receive my full 30 day membership. No answer. Since I have emailed multiple times with no communication as to inform me how long their process takes or reasons why my account is locked, I just want my money refunded and for them to delete my account.

I am thoroughly disgusted and they've shown I am not valued or respected. Give me back my $37.72 please!!
