Just another time wasting site with bots and con artists trying to milk you for money. With a little bit of common sense you can easily understand it. I left to Seek4Her and now I'm getting one date after another with amazingly beautiful ladies. There are still decent dating services, so there is no point in putting your money at risk and pointlessly wasting time on con companies like FirstMet. They don't bother to attract real women, they just prefer to use bots and catch gullible men to correspond with those bots.

I signed up for FirstMet not knowing it was a hookup service. Since I am married; I quickly requested a refund within the 3 business days. At first I did it through the app itself. Then after not hearing back I looked up the company on Goober. **. They answered customer service and he said, "This is Mike." I asked about my refund and he said no worries. The problem was that the service was not on a gift card. He said the money would be put in my bank account through Apple wallet. He then took over my phone and has all of my account bank information. I was scared and want a refund.

I spent 3 weeks talking to what is called Catfish. Those of you that don't know what that is, you need to research the meaning. This site is filled with them. I believe I talked to one real person the whole time. If I were thinking of signing on there, DON'T. RH

If you want to get scammed and throw away your money, this site is it. Seven out of ten profiles are fake. Scam artists are obvious in their attempts to defraud. The site admin does nothing to protect the users. When confronted with the problem they give a cookie cutter answer and ignore the complaint. This violating their own terms of service. I see legal action in their future.

I'd give 0 stars if I could!! This site seems very suspicious at a minimum. I left a number to get back to me and both times I asked for a picture and it was a different girl. Couldn't even verify "her" name or where she was from. I think they're all from Ghana or Nigeria. Be very cautious.

I'm in Canada. I'm a musician/ artist as in paintings/& photographer. I'm in my 40s. I signed up to First Met last yr. I only met 1 person on Firstmet in all the time I been on there. Her & I still talk, she told me a few people from First met asked her for some Moola, I never been asked for that, thank goodness. But I talked to few others but went nowhere, I'm fem lez, I signed up as this & in certain age range of 30s or 40s. I'm Looking for but a lot of the time I get Messages from people that have nothing to do with what I'm looking for, like some in their 60s-70s & on top of this I get Messages from guys with their photo & in their heading it says ooo she wants to get to know you, I'm like this is a waste of money & time, I sent a few of those guys a note asking why they are sending me messages"? as it states in my bio I'm looking for a woman, but they just keep sending me back conversation starters & I'm fed up with this.

I used it for a few days... figured if I actually want to interact with a real person, I'm going to have to pay.... After I logged out, I can't log back in???? I'm a little irritated, and concerned about where my money actually just went...

This site is full 99% scammers from Ghana ** using stolen pics from girls and want steam cards so they can play video games. Most can't read and write well. They have no sense of right and wrong and something needs to be done about FirstMet like a class action lawsuit. This sub standard dating site is contributing to this disaster site in so many ways. They are greedy. Don't want to spend the money to clean it up. Apparently they are too stupid to figured out why they are the target for all the fraudsters and scammers to get in and steal, mislead, lie, deceive and hurt countless millions of people. Hope the virus kills everyone running the firstmet site. They are an evil scourge.

It began very nice. He was a gentleman and after several weeks he needed to fly out of the country. He was short on money and asked me if I could loan him some. Then he needed to fly to another country and needed more money.

There were 3 red flags that made me stop using it: 1. Girls were willing to chat any time for hours, they never said bye first. 2.They didn't want to exchange contacts. 3. They avoided the meeting. They didn't try to "entertain" and keep me in chat by all means. And eventually I met 3 ladies in Odessa, definitely having chemistry with two of them.
