Bad experience. It’s just money. Not one answers and when you have a message it’s probably a team member from Tinder who write the message or a machine. It’s more easily way and you don’t have to spend money with Facebook dating. Put 50 bucks on trash.

Banned for no reason. Wouldn’t give me the reason why they banned me and I wasn’t rude to women. They took my money and refused to refund me. File a BBB complaint that didn’t work out. Do yourself a favor. Don’t buy from these crooks. I hope they get sued someday and they refused to delete my data and breaking the law.

I used Tinder for several days, unfortunately for me, I agreed to some annual plan with paying some amount monthly. Then I realized I can't even see who likes me, what they answer me. Then bloody Tinder brought a very confusing procedure with 2 poses, as if to test me as a real person, boing nowhere. Don't ever pay God cursed Tinder jerks a cent!!!

During my 2 year experience being on Tinder I’ve come across 75% scammers with verified photos. (These men asking me for money.) They have no reliable safety measures and anyone can verify a photo. Tinder banned me for no reason. Prob because I’m not a paying member. Their system is setup so you don’t actually meet anyone and keep paying for the service they don’t provide. During the last 6 months of being on tinder I noticed they shadow banned me (I wasn’t viewable to other profiles). Making me unavailable to profiles who are paying reducing matches to paying members. Tinder does not provide the service it was created to provide. A safe and reliable way to meet genuine people. I’m a woman looking to date men.

I had the worst time with Tinder, the woman I met was a fake profile, was beautiful, we talked and I ended trusting her and send money and gift cards over $100k, I was luck I was able to up to $80k back with the help of **, they are expert on money recovery. Though Tinder doesn't seem to trust its users. It is an absolute joke of a dating site. Site sucks! Full of liars, fakes and scammers. An annual subscription was paid by me and my account was banned later stating as, "You have violated terms and conditions."

I changed my bio to “looking to love, not loving to look” (maybe a bit corny but completely innocent) with my ig preceding it and added a pic of me with a fresh haircut on my 21st birthday and I got banned immediately after attempting to do so. Haven’t done anything that violates their TOS as I am always as respectful as possible when speaking with matches and am careful with what I add to my profile.

I had a Tinder an account that was paid for until March of 2024, but they banned me and did not refund my money. Additionally, they did not offer any specific information/evidence of what I did to break the Tinder rules and be banned. My pictures were all dressed and my profile was clean with no sexual stuff. When I communicated with people it was always respectful. I still don’t know what I did wrong. My account was also verified. When I emailed them for more specific information, they sent a general blanket statement that they send to everyone about being banned.

Hi Tinder Support Team, Thank you for your response, even though it didn't address my issue. It's disappointing that you cannot provide support when users encounter problems with their Tinder experience, especially when money is involved. It seems that Tinder takes advantage of people looking for companionship by quickly taking their money for subscriptions and add-ons but offering no assistance when their experience falls short of expectations. It's unfortunate that you didn't offer any educational resources or attempt to troubleshoot the issue, whether it was the user's fault or not.

This is the biggest rip off. I bought a 1 day pass because you can't see anyone unless you pay for a day minimum. So I pay the 5.99$. I start receiving messages. All the women wanted me to go to another website to be able to meet them. Also there are no women in my area. At least nothing I would touch. So my day was up. I figured they would end the subscription. Nope they immediately charged my card 38.99 for 1 month of suspicious fake profiles! Also they don't understand age parameters.

I signed up for this site and within about a day, I was banned. I did nothing inappropriate. I look like my picture. Tinder banned me immediately and refused to let me know why. I am now scared for my safety because I don't know why I was banned. I am concerned that someone hacked my profile and put something inappropriate on this site in my name. I am very concerned that I have been hacked and Tinder refuses to help me.
