As Match began a security upgrade, on Sat. morning a call came on my cell phone, from 469 445 ****, 4 days after I paid for 6 mos.
subscription, and a day after I concluded that my 2nd "match" was not a woman, but a man of non USA origin and a scam. When I answered the call, no one spoke, so I hung up. A 2nd call came from same #, I answered and it was garbled, and I hung up. I later received an email from Match informing me that my account was terminated, receiving texts from technician on the 469...
# informing me that since I talked gibberish to the technician who phoned me earlier, my account was terminated.I have told this story several times to technician via text and tried phoning Match and emailed this story 3 times to them. I received in return via email that Match would investigate. Nothing yet, disappointedly. Then technician insisted that I enroll in Ourtime on the same system.
I told him I can't afford 2 payments. He insisted that to ensure the success of the security upgrade, I needed to do Ourtime for one month and be reimbursed. I enrolled as he directed, and a couple days later received identical email from Ourtime terminating my account.
No service and no refund. I wonder if the technician 469 445 **** is a scam call..
