I only chose a one month subscription and they baited and switched me to a six month subscription which Ive never ever joined a dating site for that period of time because I cant afford it, so I would appreciate if you would do a full 100% refund on my account Before I have to dispute it tomorrow morning with the financial institution.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. EHarmony provided a 1/4 refund (which I am not completely happy about) & it took me four different times to reach out to them with my concern.

After the third complaint they told me I had reached my limit for complaints which totally incensed me! This was when I had to threaten them when I finally got a partial refund and the man who was harassing me nasty vulgar harassment still did it after I received my refund so I completely discontinued my subscription with them.

I should have never been charged $95 for six months that I never chose. I only chose a one month subscription, but due to eHarmony these business practices they bait and switched me into a six month subscription, and I will be disputing this tomorrow with my financial institution, and have already reached out to the BBB, and also to Consumer protection it would be in your best interest to provide the full refund.

I have sent 4 emaiIs to eharmony and they are taking more than 24 hours to respond to my cancellation request and get a refund. I have already sent 4 emails before the 3-day cancellation period and if eharmony responds after 3 days, it would be fair to still get a refund since I contacted eharmony within the 3-day cancellation period but eharmony took forever to respond.

I accidentally placed an order to become a premium member on March 31, 2024.

I got an email shortly that clearly states that I can cancel my subscription within the 3-day cancellation period and get a refund. I would like to cancel the premium membership subscription as soon as possible.

I cancelled my membership within 1 hour of joining (12/03). I chose the basic plan. I was entitled to a full refund I was advised I would be charged a premium amount, which was taken from my account (13/03) Eharmony customer service are not acknowledging my complaint. I have contacted the Halifax disputes team Eharmony have sent one email to me about the additional charge. I have been denied my right to complain with a service that is unsatisfactory
