Hi David, it's Bryll

I understand the urgency and importance of this as it is essential for your productivity.

I really wish I could do this manually for you, but Microsoft account recovery is handled entirely by a fully automated server, and we can't and don't have access or visibility into account information. For now, let me do my best to help you with the process.

If you still have access to the backup email address or secret question you set when you created your account, you can try using them to reset your password. To do this, go to the https://account.live.com/resetpassword.aspx page and follow the instructions.

If access to the email and phone number associated with your account is unavailable, you won't be able to reset your password through the normal process. However, you can attempt to regain access to your account by submitting the account recovery form multiple times if necessary. This form will ask you for some information to verify your identity, such as your name, birthdate, and any other email addresses or phone numbers you may have used to sign up for the account.

The secret to passing the validation process is to provide as much precise information as possible. The more accurate your information is, the more likely you are to pass validation. Answer the questions using the information you used when you created the account or last updated it and it would be best if you can submit an account recovery request using the computer/devices were you successfully accessed the account. For items like email folders, contacts, and mail subjects or other passwords you've used for the account, provide 3 or 4 answers (multiple/possible answers) instead of just one. This would give you a better chance in passing the account validation process and if you have difficulty remembering email subjects or contacts, try reaching out to family, friends, or business contacts to verify.

This entire process is implemented to ensure the privacy and security of your account. Microsoft is committed to protecting your personal information, and the careful account recovery process is designed to protect you from any possible malicious activity. I hope you understand that the account recovery process was not designed to prevent you from recovering your account, its sole purpose is to be able to provide enough information to prove that you are indeed the rightful account holder, all of this is for your protection.

To access the account recovery form, click here: Recover your account (live.com) I suggest that you take your time in providing the necessary information as this is critical in recovering the account.

Thank you for reporting this here in Community.
