Located in the heart of the capital, a few meters away from the Plaza Mayor, you will find our apartments. In an emblematic building built in the early twentieth century with a modernist style with eclectic influences throughout its facade, being one of the three most important buildings of this architectural current that are still preserved in Madrid. Inside, completely remodeled, you will find modern and functional apartments, distributed in a single space: Suite – living room – kitchen and private bathroom. Within a few minutes walk, you can enjoy the most interesting neighborhoods, monuments and fashion venues in Madrid, which will surely make your stay much more comfortable.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travelers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Had a little trouble finding this Apartment. But once there the gentleman who greeted us was very nice and informative. Apartment was great. However please note there is some pots, pans, tea bags, salt and a little sugar in the apt. Decent for two people. Great Location. We did not eat in the apartment. Please keep in mind as a traveler if you want to eat in the apartment you will have to bring ALL your food/spices/oil/butter/dish soap, etc. Felt very safe. Code to get in door. For us it was great because we just slept there and drank the tea!

This is a very good hotel in a very good location with outstanding staff. The lady who was working over the weekend I was staying there was super helpful and remained very patient with me despite my numerous questions. The location was excellent with plenty to do in the vicinity, it was also quite cheap to get there from the train station. The room was nice with a couple of small balconies. My only complaint would be that the pillows were a bit rubbish but other than that it was a great stay all round. Thank you.

We had a very comfortable room on the 4th floor, served by a lift.
There was a very large bed, and plenty of cutlery/crockery and a microwave - the latter was useful for heating water as the kettle was quite slow.
Good water pressure and a lovely shower.
Close to all the sights and public transport.
Would happily stay there again.

A lovely welcome on checking in. The room was excellent, very clean and a very comfy bed and pillows, had a great sleep. The apartment was stocked with everything you need i.e kettle, fridge, toaster etc and plenty of plug sockets which can often be sparce on previous apartments i've stayed in. Best of all was the location which was perfect for getting around, just behind the Plaza Mayor Square. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments and we will be back.

The staff is professional and eager to help. The balcony is very nice as well and so is the proximity to all the attractions of interest in the center of madrid. I found that I only had to walk to reach many places I wanted to go to. Would definitely go there again and look forward to it.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Properly equipped. Extremely well located. Perfect for a couple of days in Madrid. The only little drawback: the absence of international channels on the TV. A special mention to the staff at the reception. I left a little bag when I left the place and it appears Giangiacomo went out of his way to have it mailed to me. A big thank you!

Wonderful location, everything on your doorstop. Rooms are clean bright and airy. Staff are very helpful and will help whenever they can. Highly recommend. The location is perfect for everything, would highly recommend a bike tour. Lovely restaurants on your doorstep

Good location, just walking distance from Plaza Mayor and most of the attractions in Madrid. Taxi from Madrid Bus Station will be less than 15 euros and to Madrid Airport will be less than 30 euros.
Easy to locate and super clean as well! Everything is kinda new and we love the place!
Will definitely recommend to others and stay here again for future.

Great location, convenient to sites, shops, restaurants and the metro. The manager Jean Giacamo was super friendly and helpful with all my needs. My few interactions with staff were pleasant and friendly. I loved the convenience of having a mini kitchen and access to laundry facilities for my 5 day stay. It was clean and comfortable.

Well, after a pleasant stay of 9 days in Madrid, our holiday was unfortunately over. We enjoyed it a lot. Madrid is very relaxted, the surrounding of the place is very beautiful and the appartments are well equiped. The customer focussed attitude of the reception employees is impressive.
But then.... We would check out around 10 AM because our flight was leaving at 1 PM. Around 5 p.m. on the day prior to our flight, we were informed by our airline that our flight had been canceled due to a technical problem and we had been transferred to a flight at 9 p.m. Annoying, but can happen. I then checked at the reception around 6 pm to check if our room was booked the next day by new guests. That turned out not to be the case. I then asked whether we could book a "late checkout" until 6 pm, possibly against (partial) payment and that we were prepared to checkout when a new booking would still arrive. The friendly lady behind the reception called her boss about this. He was quite certain in his answer: "that was not possible". My arguments and kind approach could not dispel him. This rigid attitude is incomprehensible to me. We travel a lot and are often confronted with situations like this and that is never a problem. A hughe minus for the customer focus of the hotel manager. So dear readers: the location is great, the stay is pretty good (despite the fact that we were unable to use the WIFI throughout most of our stay), but the customer focus of the management can be improved (understatement).
