    Amazing Fun & Great Cake!
We have visited Play Factore in Manchester on two occasions so far, and both times all four of our children have had a fantastic time. And we've enjoyed the great cake and coffee whilst they've been off having a fantastic time. Really large play centre with lots to do, and lots of space. Can get a little chaotic at times with how many people they allow in at one time, but overall it's great fun.

    Great fun
Came here for the first time today. My kids twins both 8 absolutely loved it. It was busy but still managed to get a table and on everything. It’s well organised. There are 4 trampolines which are timed and attended by staff. The laser tag and zip wire where fantastic. Didn’t eat anything at the cafe but it looked nice. Overall great experience with friendly staff .

    Great place
2 8 year olds...Great place and the time slot was just enough time. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and the food tasted good. Unfortunate pizzas weren't being sold. I do recommend getting a Groupon voucher. I wouldn't say paying full price is worth it. Will visit again though.

Lots to do but pricey extras and lacklustre food.
Activities are excellent. Lots for kids to do and adults can get involved as well. The extras are expensive. Nearly a fiver extra to go down the zip line once!! And arcades they cost £1 per game. Luckily there was still lots to do included in the standard ticket. Food was ok. Pizza was well cooked but the ‘vegitariana’ had about 5 tiny cubes of pepper and a sprinkling of aubergine but no mushrooms, red onion etc. This was disappointing considering it’s a no external food or drink establishment. With such an uncomplicated menu they should at least be able to get this right.

    Good but could be improved
The play area is brilliant for children of all ages, great fun. The VR room could be better organised, the waiting time is far too long. If you buy a ticket for this be prepared to wait between 40 to 50 minutes which is a long time out of the play session. The children are totally bored waiting. There should be extra headsets so the next group of children are ready to go in straight in rather than waiting even longer to be set up 😕 or a number system to call them back in order.

    Fun but too expensive
A great play area with plenty to do, very clean, good facilities and adequate seating. It is very expensive however. The entry fee is a lot £19.95 for a child over 5 and parents have to pay too just to sit and watch. It cost us £25 just to get in only to find that you need to pay extra for the zip wire at another £5 and then the virtual reality is more on top of that. It is a good play Center but no better than the one that costs me £11 to get in.

    Thoughtful.
Lewis, the Activities Manager was amazing! He understood that some neurodivergent young children find it hard to ‘just’ do things…he was flexible in his position about enabling our 5 year old to be accompanied in the process of putting on the zip line harness so that meant that after dozens of attempts to ride the zip line she could finally do it !!!! What a triumph for her… she loved it!!!! A huge thank you to Lewis!

    Better than expected!
After reading the reviews I wasn't looking forward to our visit. The sat nav doesn't take you straight to it and after a bit of driving around the chill factore car park we spotted it. Not very well signed. We did the first session of the day. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink was overpriced and below par (from what I saw) but anyone with any experience of activity attractions knows this is par for the course! Took our own water and ate out afterwards. Kids loved it. Yes it's extra for some things but completely optional so no complaint here. Overpriced for what it is but I used Tesco clubcard points as you get double their worth against the cost. Fab day out! Thank you PlayFactore - the kids loved it! 😊

Lovely atmosphere and a huge variety of fun activities for the children(and us parents!).

We have visited the Playfactore 3 times now. The kids just can't get enough!

In other play centres two and a half hours would be a bit much, but not here, there's GO Karts, lazer tag, and a playframe which makes you wish you were a child again!

Although the play structure was great for kids, adults also had to pay to go in. There was constant announcements over the speakers and the food was very high priced. Will not be returning.

We are very sorry about the experience you had on your visit. Here, at Play Factore we want to make sure that all families leave having had a happy experience. Please note our entry prices are stated clearly on our website and on the large signage in our reception area prior to making payment for admission. The reason we charge for Adult entry is as a result of our inclusive attitude to parents and guardians joining in the fun and making use of our facilities with their younger guests (in a similar manner to charging for adult entry with a child to see a children's film at the cinema.) Please note that we use the speaker system to be able contact our customers and members of staff and is highly efficient way of during so, this system is only used in cases where needed. And to rustle up party guests, as we would not want them to miss the fun and cake. In terms of our food and drink offering at Play Factore, please note we have designed and developed our menu endeavouring to have something for everyone, with a wide-ranging choice, all of which is freshly prepared and made on site daily utilising two separate kitchens by our chefs. Went with my grand kids and young family. They had wonderful time and had loads of fun. Lifesaver as rainy day meant we could not go to a theme park. Only quibble was Zip wire was £4 for single go way too expensive for 20 seconds of activity. Should have been 3for 4

Our first time here, thanks to a groupon offer at £19 for our family of 4. We arrived early to make sure our kids got enough out of it before it got busy. They loved the go karts, went on them a couple of times. They loved the play area, although it was hard to supervise and find them at times. We loved the idea that we could go down the huge slide with them, although be aware that it goes extremely fast and I worried about flying off at the bumps, also my bottom was quite stinging after it. We loved the idea of the Lazer Quest included in the price too. It seemed like a very clean place, the food was not too steep in price, and the children had a great time. (Age 5 and 7)

TIP: Go early.

What a great place!!!! Kids had a great time (aged 4 and 12). Plenty to keep them occupied for the several hours we were there. Is quite expensive however, you could spend the whole day there and the kids wouldn't get bored. Make a day if it and arrive well before closing time to get your money's worth. Would highly recommend

This place is mainly for children as in the prices it more pricey for kids than adults, however be as no an adult myself but young at heart I had fun running around myself.

It can get crowded in busy times and periods and also you do get the odd bullying from other kids or children crying as they can't find their parents but apart from that it is great fun to bring your energetic children here. The food pricey and not as good and it is all unhealthy but it was average . Parking is free however when you pay you are there for a certain time I think it's two hours max not quite sure but I think two hours is enough as you will get tired and sweaty within minutes .

We love this place our daughter is three so when playing in the larger area she does require supervision so us adults have an excuse to play too.
Be warned during holidays it gets very busy and there is often a waiting time to allow people to leave prior to you going in. On Our last visit we had to wait 30min before entering the play area.

Perfect for something to do throughout school holidays, when the children are bored. Easy enough to find, 2 and 1/2 hours to play, lovely food & happy children! Price is worth the play, adults can play too. Better than most play centres around.
