My experience buying a used vehicle here validates why

My experience buying a used vehicle here validates why car salespeople have a bad reputation. The final sale price included all these extra dealer fees document fee/dealer prep fee etc for nitrogen inflated tires/wheel locks pinstripes etc all unnecessary garbage added on without a customer’s knowledge or consent to inflate the final sale price. A customer should not have to pay for anything else besides tax and registration. The salesman and manager were very pushy and high pressure and tried to justify these additional and unnecessary fees which can’t be justified. Before I took delivery the vehicle needed to have the rear bumper repainted and the dealerships body shop did a very poor quality paint job. The bumper had orange peel as well as paint on the muffler. Planet Honda purposefully with held my title and registration from me for way too long and gave a lame excuse about motor vehicle being backed up which is total nonsense. I waited 2 months for my title in addition the receptionist told me I could have it mailed for an additional fee. When spending good money on a vehicle the title should be mailed free of charge. Planet Honda needs to do away with hidden dealer fees meant to rip off the customer. I do not recommend planet Honda for any vehicle needs whether it be sales or service.

I don’t normally write reviews but this time around, I can’t no longer ignore how dealership try to take advantage of its customers. Had the worst car buying experience at Planet Honda. While I had great customer service from the sales department, it was totally the opposite with the finance department. They tried to use all kinds of scare tactics that would make you purchase all xx insurances. If you don’t carefully review the bill of sale, they will add tons of unnecessary items. Be aware of this dealership. Do not put down any money under any circumstances until you are ready to sign.,Otherwise, it would be almost impossible to get it back.

Brian is the best !

Brian is the best ! We’ve been working with Brian going on 12 years now. We followed him from another dealership ; He’s not just your typical sales manager. He became our friend and part of our car family ! He always goes above and beyond to make sure we get the best deal. He is not the type of person to try to sale you a vehicle for the profit, explains information more in depth so that you have more of an understanding of your purchase. He will direct you to the right sales guy that will look out for you and show you your best options! The right sales guy is Charles Thelwell. Charles is Brian’s right hand man. He is very smart and full of information and made sure that any employee that was dealing with us was handled with to make sure we were getting the best treatment! He answers any and all questions that you may have and helped us deal the deal. If you are in need of a sales representative , Charles is your man! Let’s not forget about Coach, the most patient man in the world, he has the patience of a saint, he walked us through multiple vehicles and test drives in order for us find the right fit. Unfortunately it was his last day but he told us we made his day and he’s never laughed so much. We Love you Brian & Charles & Coach ! -The Mayers Family

This is our experience from this 4.6-star dealership with 12,000 reviews in Google. (1) Received an internet quote with $3,100 discount but $899 document fee. Confirmed thru phone that the quote does not require any package or extended warranty. (2) Upon arrival they did NOT honor the quote immediately, charging me $995 appearance package and $1,400 ceramic coating. (3) I pushed back and somehow they managed to remove those so-called “pre-installed” packages. (4) Provided me a new quote which charged the $1,325 destination fee TWICE. I pointed out and the sale manager Nick lost temper, took away our printed out internet quote, forced us out yelling “Have a nice day” repeatedly on our faces. My advice is to think twice before visiting this unfriendly, unprofessional dealership. They will both exploit and traumatize you.
