Went to the Tiki Bar on a Saturday night. Great Location and Extremely hard working and Friendly Staff! Food was only OK and Considering the cost, $18 Burger, Disappointing! Everything on the Menu was Expensive but the Food didn't match the Price. Double Hamburger was...overcooked from request and not much better than a Fast Food Burger! Great place to Hang Out, receive Great Service and listen to Music but must step up it's Game with the Quality of Food!More

This place has a ton of potential, the view is amazing, the service is great, getting seated was a bit of a challenge, the food, though, is ok. We came here as a party of ten (5 adults and 5 children). The kids chicken fingers...did not have any flavor, yet it was a very portion. My brother in law had the chicken and it was basically a bigger chicken finger with a bit of flavor, my wife had the tuna and it was good but sauce was way too salty, I had the seafood pasta and it was very good. We all share the Brussels sprouts and the tuna appetizer and they were good. We finished the dinner with the funfetti slice of cake and that not only was delicious but a lot of fun too. Overall, this place has the means to be a hot spot, I am confident it will get there. Looking forward to returning.More

We took a party of seven here for dinner on a Friday night. Service was good. Ambiance out on the patio was lively. The location, right on the water, was terrific. But the food was terrible. The fish tacos were the worst we've ever had....The Greek salad had fried feta -- yuck. Even the kids complained about their meals. And this crummy grub cost a fortune. My advice: come to this place for drinks only. Skip the food.More

So sad what’s become of this Rye landmark since new ownership took over recently. Shame on Westchester Co. elected officials for caring more about making a quick buck vs. leasing to a proven qualified entity who would serve local residents well. The food quality and...preparation is downright horrible. The only “lumps” in the lump crab cake are the dried and overcooked breadcrumbs that make up 95% of the cake. The fish cod tacos were similarly overcooked and bone dry. The Guacamole (also dry) is served in a tiny cup with 10x the number of chips needed for such a small portion. If you love $20 drinks that are served in child-sized dixie cups with nothing but ice and a few sips of actual liquid, then this is the place for you! The only thing worthy of complimenting is there are some hard working young college-age kids trying their best to make up for everything else.More

Horrible meal at a poorly managed restaurant that overcharges for a great location. spent 2 hours there and left after receiving only 3 out of 5 ordered items (one was lobster roll instead of ravioli). waitress overwhelmed and very inexperienced, did not even give us...plates or napkins or utensils. other diners also left before finishing. food very overpriced and there was a strange smell on our side of the patio. do not come here!More

Charley’s ( the owner of the pier restaurant and Tiki bar) is just great. The food is delicious. The servers hard working. The view unbeatable. The pound and a half lobster was worth the $39 price. It was succulent and delicious. The music , especially...the Duo on Saturday afternoons was a lot of fun. We are only sorry that they don’t stay open thru September. We will look forward to it reopening in the spring. And a great place to see the fireworks.More

Last night 7 of us went for a birthday celebration The worst food and service We could not believe how bad it was the only savior was the incredible singers...in the band Seriously the new owners need to fix the service and poor quality of food so disappointing We had to call a manager because we waited and asked four times when birthday cake would come out !! So disappointed won’t ever eat there againMore

Place is absolutely ridiculous. They just opened and couldn’t serve 2 cheeseburgers. Sat at the bar for 2 hours and our food never came. Went to the manger and was told to leave and not come back. Will never come back here again!!

Tiki Bar has a great atmosphere, however; we will probably never go back. My boyfriend and I went up on a Sunday afternoon for food and drinks. Our waitress, Michelle must have had a bad reputation because another waitress, who's name I did not get,...came up and apologized that our waitress had not come over yet and that she would take our drink orders. When Michelle finally came over to us she seemed confused. My boyfriend ordered some appetizers and a wrap and asked that all the food be brought out together. We waited about 30 minutes for 2 appetizers - the fried calamari seemed to be frozen and was very oily, and the terriyaki pot stickers weren't bad - but the wrap did not come out for another 30 minutes and was cold and falling apart . Our waitress still never came to see how we were doing, she never even brought us water. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks. It was so bad that the first waitress (I wish i knew her name) that had originally apologized for our waitress came over to ask if everything was ok - we promptly asked if she would be able to get our check. Finally Michelle dropped our check off - we paid with cash and over-tipped because we were so ready to leave. The apologetic waitress thanked us for coming and wished us a good day, while our own waitress ignored us on our way out. She was standing at the waiter/waitress station the entire time we were there so she did not seem busy - If it crowded I could understand, but it didn't seemt like there was any excuse for such poor serviceMore

The settings is amazing which is why we chose the Pier /Tiki Bar this beautiful summer evening last week. But.. The food was awful.. The fried calamari was soggy fried tasteless round rings. The steamers were actually very good, but the waitress forgot the drawn...butter and to find her was a challenge. She was totally overwhelmed - too many tables for her to handle as we could never find her when we needed her. But, back to the steamers ... They were cold but at least they weren't smelly and stinky like the mussels marinara!! YUCK! I made my 2 daughters STOP eating them after they all smelled really bad.. We had lobster which was good, the ribs were also good but again, cold. The fish and chips were gross, frozen and tasteless as well as served cold. Even the corn was frozen ~ I mean a fish menu in NY can't come up with fresh corn? My also cold Baked potato was served 10 minutes after I finished my lobster but i ate it anyway since i was hungry !! The mohito drink was awful too. Just not good. Not sure how to describe it. Like. 2 small sprigs of mint in sugar water and really weak... Overall, for,us, it was a really lousy dinner all around. And they add the tip at the bottom of the bill so you don't have much of a choice unless you want to make a stink and insist its removed which we didnt do. I'd eat first and just enjoy drinks and the beautiful setting and fireworks on Weds!More

IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!! The people who wrote them either want to keep this all to themselves or are just plain unhappy with life. We came here last night, 6/4/2022, to kick off our Anniversary. WOW. Alex, the Manager seated us immediately, and was super...accommodating when we asked if there was a shot at sitting closer to the waterside. Our server, Beth, was friendly and full of sparkling personality. The entire wait staff here is eager to please, hard working, and takes pride in their work. Most are high school/college kids. The location is OFF THE CHARTS! How could ANYONE complain about such a perfect oasis?! The crowd is all across the board. Kid friendly through Grand folks. People are living it up with friends, family, everyone is happy here. I didn't see a single sour face throughout the night. THE FOOD! THE DRINKS! Portions are MASSIVE and it's all about quality. Fresh and juicy Popcorn Shrimp, yummy Calamari. The most outstanding was the Mussels in white wine, butter and garlic served with a full crusty baguette. It was BEYOND my wildest dreams~and I'm a Chef!!! The drinks were incredible~and STRONG :)) Try the Jalapeño Margarita or the Long Island Iced Tea. The thatched hut Tiki Bar is a buzzer of people taking in the salt air, and the stunning lavender sunset. At 8 pm the live music begins. Please people~listen to Who's Yo Daddy on Youtube. With each song it sounded like it was the original artist. They are super tight and fantastic. People dancing, laughing. GEEZUS, what a night!!! What an incredible, unforgettable evening. Thank you to wonderful management and a great wait staff. Will be back July 1st!!!! <3More
