Celine Pialago has sweet birthday greeting for her 'parentals'

Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Assistant Secretary Celine Pialago didn’t hold back in expressing her affection for her parents Sunday, June 6, which incidentally was both her mom and dad’s birthday.

on her Facebook. Asec. Pialago tagged both parents in her post and uploaded a selfie with each of them. “The best kayo! (You two are the best!) More Birthdays mommy and daddy! I love you both.
