- Alan JStarted seeing Arnel & Betty Ann a couple months ago. I really needed to get out of house and start exercising. Spoke with Arnel and he got me going on their slow motion weight training program. They schedule me twice a week for this 20 minute training workout. Justin or Tyler work with me on a one on one basis to make sure I properly do the exercises so I don't hurt myself. Its made a huge difference with me.
