“舍不得”用英文怎么说？

根据语境翻译，不一定非得有对应的词。

一般用 reluctant 较多，比如：

这幅耳机虽然很普通，却是林芳送我的礼物，一直舍不得用。[This headphone is not the only one of its kind, but I cherish it so much since it was a gift from Linda.]

当然，根据语境，舍不得表示吝啬的时候就可以用[be mean on something]，或者表示即使割舍不下、不愿放弃，也要放弃[force oneself to give up]。

别舍不得花钱，办不成事亏的更多。[Don’t be mean on spending money. You’ll lose much more if you fail the business.]

舍不得孩子套不着狼。[The fox can only be caught when you force yourself to give up your chick.]
