Been a subscriber for many years and never missed an issue, although 2023 service was terrible. I averaged 1 missing issue per month and those that I did receive came in bunches and always late.
Being in Canada I asked if the delivery services changed but didnt get an answer. Customer service extended my subscription each time but now after end of my initial subscription date, they dont answer at all. I also lost my online service but figured out that they changed my account number. Why after so many years?
Im gonna miss it but definitely not renewing again. Common courtesy goes a long way and they dont have it.
