Pastor Micheal Goetz joins Campion Seventh-day Adventist Church

Pastor Micheal Goetz, the new senior pastor for the Campion Seventh-day Adventist Church, 300 42nd St. SW, Loveland, will take up his ministry 10:45 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 15, with his inaugural sermon, “Give Me That Mountain.”

Goetz comes to Loveland from Berrien Springs, Mich., where he has been associate and youth ministry pastor at Pioneer Memorial Church on the campus of Andrews University.

He has bachelor of arts in theology degrees from Christian Bible College and Seminary and Montemorelos University, a master’s in divinity from Andrews University Seventh-day Adventist Seminary, and is working on a doctor of ministries degree with an emphasis in preaching from that school.

He and his wife, Melanie, have a toddler, Cana.

The previous senior pastor, Harold Alomia, has transferred to the college church at Union College in Lincoln, Neb.
