I had two great experiences here lately. Ordered balloons for my mom's 80th birthday and a few weeks later, bought a pre-made graduation bouquet. The young girl at the register was so helpful. I brought in some balloons I purchased elsewhere, and added some more from Party City, and they created a beautiful bouquet and delivered it to my house the next day for free! Also great for last minute grad balloon bouquets...you just pick what you like and they add more helium (at no extra charge) as you pay. There was a long line (of course it was a Saturday), but it moved quickly. The associates at the registers were friendly and helpful. The only negative is that helium is not cheap anymore, but it is like that everywhere! All around a great experience!

I honestly think that Party City needs to change their ways of handeling balloon orders. This is because I can make an order online and they claim they take walk-ins but ONLY if you take a bouquet of balloons already set throughout the store and they will blow more air into the balloons but I cant pick a few balloons to have blown up real quick. Like, what?? And if you do come in as a "walk-in" but didnt grab a bouquet, then they say how long the waitlist is. I came in on a Saturday and the waitlist was 2 HOURS LONG. So I don't recommend coming as a walk-in on a Saturday. They literally have two tanks for a reason. Bad customer service. :(

This location is so chaotic. The last few times I've been in on Fridays or Saturdays, there's only ever approximately two employees who are frantically trying to blow up balloons and ring up the long line at the same time. I've had two instances where the registers were either down or not printing receipts. I wouldn't recommend ordering balloons for delivery, the other week I only had half of my balloons delivered and on top of that, they were late! I was told by a very apologetic employee that balloon deliveries were frequently a problem, as they do it through doordash or uber and the drivers consistently drop orders because they don't have enough room to deliver the balloons. These poor workers! Somebody needs to get this location under control.

I went in-person to order balloons for my niece's birthday party. The line moved pretty quickly and the staff was helpful. We ordered about $80 worth of balloons (four weeks in advance). They do not try to upsell you on the weights or anything, so make sure to ask specifically about the balloon weights if you want cute ones!

On the day of the party, the balloons showed up looking so pretty! Product was good - delivery was GREAT! Delivery is free over $50. They do use a shipt delivery driver for their orders and it was right on time!

I don't need party supplies often, but when I do, I come here. I love the assortment of products and the prices are really on point. The few times I've been here, it's because I've needed really specifically themed items that you can't find anywhere else. Have you tried ordering balloons with helium in them online? No? Why not? LOL.

Look, Party City isn't that bad. They have just about everything you need for parties that you can't get anywhere else. Isles of stuff for kids, adults, birthdays, invitations, general and themed party supplies. You name it, they probably have it. I think you can also order stuff online, but I don't need to order stuff online as I've never needed to from Party City Specifically.

I really love how they have a huge selection of helium balloons. Prices are great and I've bought a few for random events and birthdays here. I chose to give this place 4 stars instead of 3 for a few reasons. Even though it's a speciality store, you can't really get this stuff anywhere else. Plus, you can walk in and throw a party for like $20. $30 if you go all out. Staff here is great, and I love looking at everything while I'm here.

Overall, place is great for a lot of different reasons. I love the selection, prices are great and it's basically one stop party shopping. Even if you just need a few small items like balloons or speciality decorations, this is the place. I will be back for other stuff in the future.

We ordered balloons the day before the party, was told that the would be fine the next day, you pay for something extra to make them last you also pay extra to have them bagged, so when they were taking out of the bag they were not floating!
I called the store and the manager sent a Uber with more balloons!!! He went out of his way to make sure our party turned out good and it did

Overpriced! Getting party supplies should not be over $300 dollars. Better off to buy stuff on Amazon.

Awesome location. Shelves are always stocked and the customer service is SO nice ! I called about a particular item which they had in stock but it was in the back room still boxed and not on the shelves yet and they went out of their way to grab the item for me .

If I could give them a zero I would. I purchased $50 in large Mylar balloons for my sons birthday. Mylar balloons in my experience last for a very long time. So long in the past, that I've had to pop them from being tired of looking at them.

Spending the $50 to me was fine. It was for my sons birthday. The things that I find unacceptable is that they lasted less than a day and are almost FLAT. When I contacted the store manager they said they can't do anything. They don't guarantee their balloons.

I have been to party city many times. I have bought many party favors for parties, decorations, costumes, tablewear. But I will no longer be a customer here. To spend that money and the manager and store won't do anything to rectify the situation is appalling. I will stick to stores that stand behind what they sell.

Don't waste your money buying balloons here. Don't waste your time with the managers and personnel because they don't help. Save your money and shop somewhere that appreciates you, your business and goes over and beyond. In a service industry, that is what I expected.

Great store. Last year when there was a NATION wide helium shortage they took care of me with other options. This year I was able to get what I wanted
