Parkour is a new style of exercise which started in Europe. Participants learn to jump, leap and do flips of all sorts. Josh is extremely qualified and safety conscious and willing to teach all ages. If his classes or open gym schedule doesn't work for you, he offers private lessons as well. This is a fun way to keep our children and young adults active!
