  • Visit paramountplus.com and:

    1. Click on your user name in the upper righthand corner.
    2. Click "Account."
    3. On the Account page, select the option you'd like to update.

    Important: If you subscribed to Paramount+ on another billing platform, like the App Store, Google Play, Amazon or Roku, you'll need to return to that platform to edit your subscription. 


  • If you signed up for Paramount+ via the App Store on your Apple device, you can use the steps below, or visit support.apple.com to contact support.

    On your iPhone or iPad home screen:

    1. Tap Settings, then your name at the top of the screen.
    2. Tap "Subscriptions". You'll see all your active subscriptions.
    3. Select the "Paramount+" subscription, then choose the relevant option to manage your subscription.

    From the Apple TV home screen:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Select Users & Accounts, then select your account.
    3. Select Subscriptions.
    4. Select the "Paramount+" subscription, then choose the relevant option to manage your subscription.
     


  • If you signed up for Paramount+ via Google Play on your Android device or Android TV, use the steps below, or visit support.google.com/googleplay.

    1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
    2. Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
    3. Locate your Paramount+ subscription and tap Manage.
     


  • On a web browser:

    1. Go to Your Account.
    2. Select Your Apps under Digital content and devices.
    3. Select Your Subscriptions under Manage.

     


  • To manage your Paramount+ subscription on your Roku:

    1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
    2. Use the directional pad to navigate the channel grid and highlight the Paramount+ channel. The directional pad is plus-shaped and is in the center of your Roku remote.
    3. Press the Star button on your remote to open the options menu for the desired channel.
    4. Select Manage Subscription to view the renewal date and access additional options. 

     


  • To manage your Paramount+ on your Xfinity device:

    1. Go to Apps & Subscriptions in the Settings menu.
    2. Select Manage Subscriptions to make changes.
