This first visit was good, the Dr O and Stephanie were great! However the receptionist doesn't give you a warm feeling I called to tell them my pets Temp was high again and I almost made the decision to put her down not knowing if she was in pain They claim to have walk in but couldn't see me until the next day,she was just cold when I asked,,.The 4 is for the Dr and her assistant. The person who answers the phone has a big impact on return or new customers calling .When I asked if they could see her sooner and she dry and showing no compassion said that's the soonest and gave me the # of another vet Not to mention making the first appointment, everything was wrong my phone # and email had to call back to have it corrected Not the place I would recommend if you have a dieing dog Had already discussed with the Dr that I would have to put her asleep at any time soon .Not the outcome I though,t I was going to make them my Vet from then on But not anymore.

Place wasn't bad but I felt like I was at a car dealer trying to haggle to get what I came in for and strike off unnecessary options. Vets sometimes do this, they aren't the only ones but it was still annoying and I am calling it out. They want you to bring stool samples, it seems at any appointment. I've never had any vet ask for this unless there was a specific reason. I didn't, and declined for them to take one. On my bill it says a volunteer did the exam so I am not sure if they were a DVM or not. There was confusion at check out and they forgot to add the exam into the cost so my confidence is neutral. My overall impression is that it's a wellness center for minor issues or routine care. I would probably return for such but I am not dropping my primary vet for them.

Im giving 5 stars so people will hopefully read. The first time i went i had my cat fixed with no issues. Now i went to have my dog spayed. They never informed me that morning when i brought in my pup that they will not call when my dog is ready for pick up. They called 15 mins prior to closing, got there 10 mins late and got charged for 40$ boarding fee.
They wouldn't even admit the fall on their part for not giving the proper information to their clients for a few extra bucks.

After searching for a vet, reading reviews and narrowing down the reviews based on pricing, we decided on Panda Wellness. We took our Maltipoo, Lollipop, there for her shots and a puppy wellness check up. The pandemic has changed the dynamics of office visits but not the quality of care or organization.
The girls came to the car for check-in and triage then brought Lolli back to the car. They explained today's visit thoroughly, asked if I had any questions or concerns for the doctor. They then let me know they would return to retrieve Lolli when it was her turn for examination. It is hard for me to leave her or let her go without me, but she couldn't be in more capable hands. The tech was very reassuring.

The doctor's examination took around 10-15 minutes. They trimmed her nails and returned her to me. I paid and received a summary of her visit. Then we were on our way. We took her to a big box pet store to get a treat because she did so well.

I would recommend Panda Wellness over and over again. Lolli will continue to be a patient.

Receptionist is rude and clueless, her tone when she answered the phone was extremely unprofessional like who even gave you this job? Besides, they have no respect for your time, it does not matter if you make an appointment, be ready to wait for at least an hour or so past your appointment time for them to even come see your dog then you probably hear the excuse that there was an emergency visit...it was believable the first 2-3 times but after that, not anymore! Besides, their staff kept telling me over the phone that they would come get my dog in 5 minutes and never once told me about the "emergency visit" till after I complained about their unprofessionalism. SO THAT IS PROBABLY SOME BS LIES THEY CAME UP WITH!

Also, these staff members do not communicate with one another or something and had the nerve to blame it on us that we did not call before coming. We called 2 times, we even called when we were on our way to make sure they got the meds ready! What is wrong with these people???

I have been taking my pets here for vaccinations for years and I've never had an issue. Besides them not taking CareCredit and vaccinations being around $150 for my kittens. I took my cat there to get fixed and the surgery wasn't bad. They only do surgeries during the week, pick up and drop off are during working hours which makes it hard if you also work, so I had to arrange for someone else to pick her up. I had my grandma pick her up at 3pm and she was soaking. Her fur was matted and smelled of pee and she had pieces of poop matted into her fur as well. They explain they tried to wash her with just water, thought I've never heard of washing without any soap. They called me the next day to do a checkup and I expressed my concerns. The person on the phone was young and had no idea what I was talking about or how to handle a situation so I asked for a manager. She informed me that she would speak to the manager and see if the manager would call me back which I thought was weird. If a customer is not satisfied with the service it shouldn't be a choice. The manager never called me back so i called them the following week day to discuss. I asked where she was kept after her surgery and if she was given a litter box or somewhere to use the restroom and I was told she was put in a box with a towel to be monitored. I am very disappointed as I paid all this money for a surgery and trusting this company to care for my pet as I would for them to return her to me full of cat pee and poop. This just makes me wearing of their kennel club as well if these are the conditions after surgery I can't imagine leaving my pet overnight here. Obviously this is not the vet technicians fault as my cat peed and pooped on herself I blame the manager or whoever is in charge not allowing appropriate opportunities for the pets to use the restroom after surgery and giving her to me in that condition. They could've at least given her a full bath before handing her back to me. I would've waited and rather have her wet and clean than wet and dirty. I probably will not be coming back after I've finished my pets vacations here. The veterinarians inside the pet stores act better than this and probably have more space to cater to the pets allowing for water and litter boxes inside of their cages.

Yes, I am a fan of Panda Wellness because they've continued to provide great service to me and my pets for several years now. Each time I've visited, the environment and employees are always on point. They seem to enjoy retaining their client by showing us that they care about the well-being of our pets. My dog only goes when its time to update his shots, but each time we enter the building he is greeted by his name as if he's there every week. That makes me feel like a valued customer. I'm a believer in paying experts to do what they do. I love to see people enjoy doing their job. If you're in the area, please bring your pet by and check out their services.
