Customers can choose from two different credit cards when financing purchases on items such as apparel, footwear, accessories and housewares — the Dillard’s store credit card and the Dillard’s American Express® credit card.
The Dillard’s store credit card and the Dillard’s American Express card offer rewards for shopping in the store, online or by catalog or phone. Once you earn 1,500 points on either credit card, you can redeem a 10%-off shopping pass. Additionally, Dillard’s American Express® cardholders earn two rewards points per $1 spent at U.S. gas stations and grocery stores and one reward point per $1 spent on all other purchases.
To take advantage of these rewards and benefits, you’ll need to keep your credit card account in good standing, which includes making at least the required minimum payment by the due date each month. Here’s how to pay your Dillard’s credit card.

Dillard’s offers the option to pay your credit card online. Here’s how to pay your Dillard’s credit card online:
Paying Online
- Navigate to the Dillard’s online payment center.
- If you haven’t set up your online account, click “Enroll Now” to do so. You’ll need to provide your card number, the last four digits of your Social Security number, your date of birth and your email address, then click “Continue” and follow the prompts.
- Once you’ve enrolled, enter your username and password on the payment center page and click “Sign On.”
- Follow the prompts to make your payment.
How To Make a Dillard’s Credit Card Payment by Mail
Dillard’s offers cardholders the option of paying by mail. Allow extra time for your payment to reach the payment address and be credited. To pay by mail, follow these steps:
- Write a check payable to “Dillard’s” for at least the minimum payment to avoid late fees. Pay the full amount of your last statement balance to avoid interest charges.
- Mail your Dillard’s payment to one of the three following addresses, depending on your location.
Make sure you double check the address to ensure you have the right one before you mail your payment — the mailing address should be on your credit card statement.

Dillard’s also offers the option of making a payment by phone.
For the Dillard’s credit card, service representatives are available Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to midnight CST and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST, at 1-800-643-8278.

You can also make an in-store payment by visiting Dillard’s customer service department or requesting to make a payment at any register. You can make your payment with either cash or check.
Dillard’s Credit Card Late Fees and Penalties
No matter which Dillard’s card you have, each month, you’ll have at least 23 days from the close of your billing cycle to pay your entire balance to avoid interest. Paying the minimum payment by the due date will help you avoid late payments, but interest will still accrue. Missed or late payments incur a fee of up to $40.
