Kroger Delivery is an online grocery delivery service fully operated by Kroger associates. Orders are picked and packed at our industry-leading fulfillment centers. Next, the orders are given to our professional Kroger-employed delivery drivers.

Our drivers deliver orders in refrigerated trucks, so the groceries stay at the optimal temperature. No third parties are involved in the process. All items are handled with care from start to finish.

Unlike some of our competitors, Kroger delivers all groceries using temperature-controlled, refrigerated trucks. Half of the truck is kept at an optimal cold temperature, ensuring that your fresh, cold items remain cold during the delivery process. The other half of the truck ensures that your room temperature items remain at room temperature.

You can shop over 30,000 items, including fresh produce, meat and seafood; pantry items; cleaning and household; frozen foods and more. We’re adding more items all the time.

Create a digital account or sign in to your existing account at Kroger.com. Next, enter your ZIP code from the homepage and choose “Delivery” as your way to shop (you can enter your full address later). Then, simply search or browse the items you need and add them to your cart.

Once you’re ready to check out, go to your cart. Here, you’ll enter your address and choose your delivery time slot.

Then add your payment information. You’ll see an estimated total at checkout, but you won’t be charged for your order until it’s delivered. The final price may change due to coupons, substitutions, taxes (if applicable) or weighted items.

After placing your order, enable notifications or opt in to SMS notifications so you can be notified of substitutions or out-of-stock items if necessary.
