Bob Marley: One Love is a biographical drama film produced by Plan B Entertainment and Tuff Gong for Paramount Pictures. The film is directed by King Richard helmer Reinaldo Marcus Green, who wrote the screenplay alongside Terence Winter (Boardwalk Empire), Frank E Flowers, and Zach Baylin. The film is based on the life of legendary reggae singer Bob Marley, and is produced by his widow, Rita Marley, and his children Ziggy and Cedella Marley, amongst others. Academy Award-winning cinematographer Robert Elswit (There Will Be Blood) lends his talents behind the camera.

One Love stars Kingsley Ben-Adir as the reggae legend Bob Marley. Ben-Adir is known for his roles in ITV’s Vera, Netflix’s The OA, Peaky Blinders, and for portraying famed civil rights activist Malcom X in Amazon’s One Night in Miami…. He is joined by Lashana Lynch (No Time to Die) as Marley’s wife, Rita Marley, Jesse Cilio as Bob’s father, Norval Marley, and James Norton as record producer Chris Blackwell. The rest of the cast is rounded out by Michael Gandolfini, Nadine Marshall, and Anthony Welsh.
