Great overall treatment. Nice room and window view. Great place to stay for business visits. Couldn´t get the chance to try the swimming pool and spa lounge, though I got close to see it. The restaurant has a fine menu for all hours. Fine attention from all. Rooms are big and comfortable. Clean and nicely lighted bathroom

The hotel in general was nice. Friendly staff, clean hotel. Down side for me is everything cost. They have a locked mini fridge in room stocked with overly priced beverages and snacks. Along, with a tray of candy above that equally expensive. The internet is not free and I went to the business center to check a work email and its 59cents a minute to use the computer. The hotel is located in the gaslamp district and basically across the street from the convention center. Great location to everything.

Hotel was modern and incredibly clean. Room layout was great. Food amazing and location was perfect for our needs. Catering for our event was superior. Staff all around had great manners. Restaurant staff was helpful and professional.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, modern room, with nice views. Convenient acces, easy access to rail trolley, walking to Gaslamp, and direct access to Petco Field. Staff and location are two major pluses. Pool & hot tub looked nice & so did gym facility.

If you ask for a allergen free room be prepared to wait hours! I was told by the check in staff that the room still was not allergen free. I went to lunch adn walked around to kill some time then went back to check in. Still not ready. I waited for an additional hour in the lobby and finally asked to be checked in anyway. After I got to the room, it was already clean; the only thing that needed to be done was change out the bedding and pillows. I called the front desk to ask for housekeeping and within 10 minutes the bedding and pillows were changed. I recieved a snarky phone call from the young man who checked me in reminding me that he told me the room wasn't ready. Obviously! but at that point I had expedited the process by contacting housekeeping directly instead of waiting for him to call. Too bad he didn't take the time to phone in a status check with housekeeping directly while he had free time and I was waiting in the lobby for an hour.

I'm not sure if there is a deposit. I guaranteed hotel for late arrival and arrived as expected.
