Olivia Munn had a jaw-dropping wardrobe malfunction while out in New York City on Friday -- and it might be one of the worst we've seen yet.

The "X-Men: Apocalypse" star looked absolutely gorgeous in a short-sleeved cobalt blue dress with a sky-high slit, and it seems like that sexy feature proved to be problematic. Munn appeared to be taking a step forward while kindly giving her autograph to a fan, when cameras caught a glimpse of what was underneath her dress' slit -- her crotch.

While it seems like Olivia was wearing nude underwear, paparazzi managed to get a very cringeworthy snapshot of the star.

The 36-year-old actress, who will appear in the star-studded "Ocean's Eight" movie, polished off her look with pointy pumps of the same color, a belt that accentuated her teeny waist and some glamorous sunglasses. She painted her lips with a bright red lipstick while keeping her short tresses in a wavy style.

Wardrobe mishap or not, Olivia still looked as sexy as ever! The actress broke up with Green Bay Packers quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, after three years together, and she has been busy flaunting her post-breakup revenge bod on Instagram.

She recently showed off a shot of her perky posterior over Memorial Day weekend, and it's definitely enough to make your jaw drop.
