You can check your balance online or call the phone number on the back of your card and follow the instructions.

We currently do not offer a rewards program, but you can sign up for our Eclub in order to receive news & offer.
What are Olive Garden’s holiday hours?
Olive Garden restaurants are closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day to allow our team members to spend time with their family and friends. Depending on the amount of business on the day before these holidays, the restaurants may close early. We leave this decision to the discretion of the management team. Please contact the restaurant directly for the scheduled closing time the day before Thanksgiving or Christmas Eve.
Does Olive Garden offer catering?
Our Catering Menu features generous family-sized Italian meals available for pickup that make party planning easy. So, for your next family dinner, special party or office gathering let Olive Garden help you delight guests with delicious Italian specialties. For your convenience, we now offer delivery of Catering orders $100 or greater. All orders are subject to a 10% delivery fee up to $500, then 5% for every dollar thereafter.

How do I make a request for a donation?
Olive Garden donates to charitable causes that benefit the community. Donation requests can be submitted in writing to the general manager of your local Olive Garden. This includes requests for donations of gift certificates or food.
Request should be on your organizationʼs official letterhead, including the organizations full name, address, phone and fax numbers. State your donation request, when it is needed and how it will benefit the community. Please submit written requests 30 days prior to the date the donation is needed. Unfortunately, itʼs not possible to honor every request that we receive. Please accept our apology in advance if we are not able to fulfill your request.
