I read on a post in this sub that when you favorite someone you'll be able to respond to the subsequent prompt of whether or not you want that person to know who favorited them... But that's not working for me. Which is a bummer because OVER HALF of the girls I try to message have a full inbox.
Any other options?

You just have to move along. Someone with a full inbox is either not taking the site seriously and just lets the messages pile up or has too many other suitors to deal with currently.
That means they're not using the site enough to care about having an empty inbox. This is problematic for you.
Other options:
Bribe OKC. It's either $1 or $2 to send a message to a full inbox but the chances of a reply are probably a good deal lower than sending to a not full inbox.
Buy A-List. Again, still not a great likelihood of a reply.

And it's not like you'd get a reply just because you favorited them.
People are saying that it's because the girl doesn't use the site, but I think that's not necessarily true. I'm constantly on the verge of having a full inbox. It's difficult to keep up with, and if I wasn't so OCD about it, mine would be closed pretty often as well. I say check back a couple times. If it's not open after a week or two, then maybe you can write her off as "not serious" about the site.
Don't message them because clearly they're not interested in dating someone new right now.
