The normal high for today is 69. We will start the day with sunshine and temps around 60 then warming quickly. Brisk winds out of the southwest today, 10-20 mph, then lighter winds the rest of the week. More clouds throughout the day and we will get a wave of scattered showers and storms this evening. The storms are not likely to become severe. The rain will continue on and off tonight and for the morning on Tuesday as it moves from west to east across Ohio. The rain will start wrapping up midday tomorrow and moving east with the clouds slowly clearing. Tomorrow is the coolest day on the 7-day forecast with a high temperature of 73, which is still 4 degrees above normal.

Wednesday we will start off with patchy fog then mostly sunny skies and warming back to a high around 80. Mostly sunny again on Thursday and warming to 84. The record high for Thursday, May 2nd, is 88 degrees.

Friday we will warm to a high of 81 then scattered rain is looking likely for Friday afternoon/evening. The rain may linger some overnight, but the models cannot agree on when the rain leaves. Some kick the rain out of here and most of the weekend is dry, but other models are lingering scattered showers on and off for the weekend. Right now I am going to keep about a 40% chance of rain for Saturday, mainly early, then a 20% chance of rain Sunday. High temperatures in the mid-70s for the weekend. Have a good one!
