Jenna Elfman, known for her roles in Fear the Walking Dead and the popular '90s sitcom Dharma & Greg, has listed her Austin home in Balcones Park for rent at $13,500 a month.
Located at 3412 Shinoak Drive, Eric Grosskopf of Compass listed the property five days ago. The midcentury four-bedroom three-and-a-half-bathroom home is described as a "Treetop Sanctuary" by the listing agent. The structure was completely renovated "down to the studs" in 2020.
The house boasts a high ceiling with a wall of windows that overlooks the tree-studded 0.7-acre property near downtown Austin.

The cook's kitchen features a large island with a Bertazzoni oven and cooktop, as well as a small breakfast nook. The outdoor area includes an open deck off the kitchen. The home also includes a gym and a lower-level family room with a view of the heated pool. The listing says the property is available for a 12-month lease starting in May.
The sitcom star moved to Austin in 2020 while filming the AMC show Fear the Walking Dead. During the Covid pandemic, she homeschooled her two children. Production of the horror thriller moved to Savannah, Georgia, but remained in Austin for her two boys, she told Glamour magazine in 2022.
Elfman portrayed Dharma Finklestein Montgomery, a free-spirited woman who falls in love with a pragmatic attorney, Greg Montgomery, played by Thomas Gibson on Dharma & Greg. The show originally aired from 1997 to 2002 for five seasons. She won a Golden Globe for her work in this sitcom. Most recently, she played June Dorne as one of the main characters in Fear the Walking Dead, a spin-off show of the popular AMC series The Walking Dead.
