Display capture significantly cut off in high-res Windows PC

Hello, I have been using OBS for a long time to capture screen recordings (video and audio) using "Display Capture". Recently, I received a new laptop (Dell Precision 5680) and noticed that OBS's display capture seems to capture only the top-left 1/4th of the screen. Everything else is out of view.
